Dealing with the service manager Greg is a joke to say the name service in the same name, his dry, condescending demeanor and negativity toward even a Subaru product with factory accessories is appalling.
After the car was purchased, The sales people failed to return phone calls and did not provide requested information that they agreed to provide during the sale.
This place used to be an awesome place to get my car serviced. However, the dealership has since shut down & there are a group of guys who are working out of the same garage at the former dealership. using the same phone number & they are NOT trustworthy. I went down b/c my car had a small oil leak. The part to fix it cost $13, but when I got there to pick it up, they charged me $100! I was told that when they were trying to fix it, they broke the oil filter (which my husband had just changed & had just changed the oil). They charged me for the new oil filter b/c they said they had to break the old one to get it off. WHAT A SCAM!

Saleslady working there was pleasant to talk to . Sales manager that was working on the Saturday, was a clown. Un professional attitude & wanted me to practically give them the low mileage civic I was wanting to trade in.
