Friendly & knowledgeable staff. My experience was very good and my trade went very smoothly. I was introduced to the finance manager and thanks to the new electronic pads that they are now using signing all the assorted forms was very easy. Very nice & clean showroom. I was introduced to the service manager and was told what I need to do in advance if I ever needed service. So over all a great experience for me. My salesman was Pete Lewis and he was awesome. Explained the new features of my new 2018 Avalon Limited Hybrid. I look forward to dealing with Moses again in the future when I'm ready to trade again.
