Went for my 2nd free oil change and tire rotation & added a state inspection. It took them TWO hours!! Folks there were nice but the same thing happened on my first visit too. So now that my 2 free oil change and tire rotations are done, I’ll be taking my new Silverado somewhere else for maintenance!! Don’t go unless they owe you and be prepared to wait a while if you choose not to drop your vehicle off.
Great experience! I have purchased several vehicles from them due to their ability to serve my needs. It doesn't matter if it is service, used car sales, or new car sales. I am totally satisfied. My last sales person was Jason Kelly. He took the time to go over the entire vehicle before we even decided to purchase it.
Bought a car from them a year ago and they claimed that my vehicle had no accidents, the car fax was clean, but all they did was delay when it was reported!! If you want to get scammed and a fast one pulled over shop here!! Specifically Eric Browning!
More than happy to work around the clock to make deal happen, but when time to refund my gap insurance after trade off wouldn't reply or respond. Took 3 months to get it closed
