Clean and well kept.
Great spot, not normally packed. Areas for picnics, parks with playground equipment, and during Summer there is a pool and it's not overly expensive. In December is a great time to go because thats when the city has the Festival of Lights.

I love walking the trails here. And the Christmas lights are always beautiful!
