They don't deserve even one star. I took my baby to them, only because they were the only vet opened, and they gave him some pills for pain. The next day I finally got my dog to take the pills they gave him and it caused him to have a seizure. They refused to see him again because we had no money, because they took it all the previous day. I watched my baby die in front of me because of them. I watched him stop breathing because of them. He died because of them.
When it comes to animals and if it's the career you choose because you want to save animals, then money shouldn't matter. It's sad that we live in a world where money matters more than saving lives. I say, if you really and truly love your pets never take them here. And I'm not the only one this has happened to, it's happened to someone I know. They don't care about helping animals as much as they do about getting money.
Thank you Dr. Brown and your AMAZING staff (Lacy, Amber & the other great staff) for saving Rosie's life and giving her EXCELLENT care during the four night stay she was with you, providing IV Fluids & medications. I want everyone to know, Gateway was NOT our local vet (they were unable to see her). As a walk in, they did not hesitate; they took us right in and started taking care of her. Gateway Animal Hospital truly cares and is genuine from the heart about their clients and families!! They let my kids and I visit during her stay and I called a lot for updates and they were always wonderful to answer my questions. Gateway is now my vet and I HIGHLY recommend them!!!
My kitten was very sick he they treated him very well. They took him as a walk in because my usual vet couldn't get him in in time. The prices were very reasonable. Fantastic prices and amazing staff.
Gateway has the best prices around. They have friendly staff that love animals and are always full of smiles. They also sell other cat and dog products such as: animal odor candles, dog & cat collars, and specialty items. The waiting room is spacious. They also have a bulletin board of missing animals and a tv in the waiting room. Decorated nice and clean.
Love this place, I’ve been to a few different vets around the area.. I only recommend this one .. fast service and friendly staff
