Cold in the building, takes a while to get your food, but once you get it, the food is excellent
Good subs but slow service
Good food, but amazing customer service. I walked in here after being in a subway not being acknowledged for 5 minutes, I was immediately welcomed when I stepped in the door, and just felt like they actually wanted me to be there.
service is suspect. constantly have to wait for them to unlock door when they've been open for 10 min, stop mopping so they can take an order. its always let me finish what i'm doing before i tend to the customers. they never have dr pepper and drinks are never calibrated right so taste awful. this penn station has terrible fries, they are usually undercooked.
Unfriendly staff made me feel like I was interrupting and unwelcome plus didn't get side item that I requested.
