Middle aged women with glasses and short blondish hair, VERY RUDE!!!!!! Would love to talk to the owner to let them know of her hatefulness and her lack of customer service...... Doesn't need to work in the public. Lost our business for sure. Good location though, I'm guessing that's why they call St. Albans, WV SNOBins, WV.......
