Absolutely horrible. Go buy a new car and when you call to get it switch you get told your payment would be 210 a month and they charge you 360 and when you call to ask why they give you the run around. Also called to have automatic payment stopped until they got my billing address right and I received a paper bill ( been with them for a year and have told them 3 times my address and they still can't get it right ) and they never stopped the automatic payment. Never in my life have been with such a horrible company. And I work in customer service.

Absolutely the best agency I could hope to find. Kind and honest . They will put your family's needs as a top priority. Auto, Home and life insurance. I switched from branded labels where I was only a number on a random 1800. Line. At this agency I am a person and honestly now that I've switched I pay less while getting better service. Don't wait till a disaster happens. Switch now! Trust me it's absolutely worth the 10 minutes.
I would not use this company. I called for a quote. Mr. Poole wanted me to come to the office. When I declined to come in for just a quote I never heard back from him. He didn't communicate with me again to let me know he wouldn't give me a quote over the phone. I called his office after several days and spoke to a very nice lady who said she would get back to me. After 2 days I sent Mr.Poole a test message on his personal phone which we had been using to communicate with. He informed me I had canceled our meeting and he was on vacation. So apparently if he's on vacation there is nobody in his office to take over.
