I took my car here for an inspection, knowing they would probably tell me I needed new front tires. They gave me an estimate on the tires, wiper blade and light bulb (these two amounting to $12-14, although I didn't feel these were necessary), I accepted the offer and agreed to bring my car back the next morning once they got the tires in. They called back and told me I could pick up my car. When I showed up a couple minutes later and was about to pay, they decided to bring up (nervously/uncomfortably) that my taillight was busted on the bottom and they went ahead and installed a new taillight display...for another $75+. I understand there are rules/regulations to inspecting cars, and I'm sure that you're not supposed to have a couple inch section missing out of the bottom of your taillight. Still, don't give me an estimate like that's all it'll take to get the car to pass inspection, then go ahead and install something for $75+ without my permission. When questioned, the guy at the desk enthusiastically claimed that the police will pull you over ASAP when they see a light like that. I've been driving the car with the partially damaged taillight for 2 years and never had a problem. Also, you'd think they would've mentioned the taillight one of the several times I spoke with them over the phone beforehand, not just when I show up and pull out my credit card.

While I may have needed to get tires and had a damaged taillight, they conducted their business in an untrustworthy manner. I've heard similar stories from family and friends. I'd just take it somewhere else.
I was told "He doesn't want to take on my job" to a simple installment. Do not recommend. Go to Greg Chandlers or David Smith instead.
