Just rating my most recent experience and it was less than desirable! Need more staff to meet the demand, arrived to three people waiting and only two staff members available for customers and both were helping other customers at the time. I waited over an hour, no one ever addressed me when I walked through the door and I stood at the counter for 20 mins thinking I needed to sign in due to the amount of people waiting. When staff became available he looked right at me while yelling next, never addressing me to just have a seat and someone would be with me. The phones were ringing off the hook and staff kept stopping to answer the phones which took them 10-15 to meet the callers needs thus leaving the customers waiting even longer to get out the door. It was incredibly frustrating!
The people working were fantastic - great customer service upon picking up and dropping off!! The car on the other hand reeked of cigarette smoke and every time I had to drive it, all the windows were down. Luckily the smell had just disappeared by the time I had to turn it back in. This isn't this first time I've had a car that smelled like an ash tray (not from this location though.) Also, once it got up to 65/70 mph on the highway it started rattling and was afraid something was going to fall off.
The internet quote did not match what I had to pay at pick up. However, the service was excellent.
